From a young age, Paige’s relationship with food was strained. She has been through the binge and restrict cycle, has tried all of the craze diets and has suffered with feeling like her goals were too hard to reach.

It wasn’t until she recognised what HEALTH meant, and became educated on how nutrition could really transform ones body, that she finally realised enough was enough.

The passion she has to enable people to create an abundant mindset towards food continues to make her work hard in changing the mindset of others and assisting them to reach their goals in a flexible and sustainable way.

She works to empower YOU to reach your goals and give you the knowledge to understand WHY you are making these changes to create life long knowledge and create a maintainable and sustainable relationship with food.

  • First, book in a discovery call with us! This way we can discuss your health goals and exactly how Paige can support you. From here, we can get you started and ensure all platforms are set up for you for your first week of coaching

  • This style of Nutrition & Health Coaching is specifically for individuals wanting to work on improving their relationship with food, have a particular body composition goal or a busy bee that just wants that weekly support and accountability to have a meal plan already sorted out for them! You’ll pretty much have Paige in your pocket to help you wherever possible, which means you can reach your health goals faster!

    This style of coaching does not include blood test interpretation or herbal prescriptions. You can also collaborate with another member of the Orenda Team to access blood tests and address specific health concerns.

  • You’ll have access to a spreadsheet where you can check in every week to discuss wins, challenges, adherence and to provide a platform where you can ask questions. On a weekly basis, Paige will then respond with any major changes including a meal plan update. Whilst on a daily basis (Monday - Friday) you have Paige in your pocket to ask her questions via slack (such as “Hey Paige, I’m heading out this weekend, how can I stick with adhering to my health goals but still enjoy a night with my friends” or “Paige, I’m about to get into my luteal phase, can you tweak my meal plan to help me navigate the cravings that might creep up”).

  • Every client MUST work with Paige for a minimum of 12 weeks to begin with. We want you to achieve long term change and to really smash your health goals. We don’t believe in little 21-28 day challenges because we’re here for the big stuff, the big change that requires consistency and time. After the 12 weeks, you can drop down to a week by week coaching style.

  • Absolutely you can! The Orenda Team literally speak all day to each other on Slack. You’ll have the most support you could possibly have to reach your health goals between your Orenda Practitioner & Paige! They will both have very distinct roles with supporting you to reach your health goals. Paige will be there for you for your meal plans, weekly and daily check ins whilst your Orenda Practitioner can review your pathology and get you onto your herbal/nutritional prescriptions for your specific condition.
